Menu choices for the meal on Saturday night
(2 courses are included in the price, or if you’ve got a big appetite and want to go for 3 courses then it’s an extra £5)
We’ve marked the dishes we know are vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free, but if you need to check on any other allergens then let us know and we’ll find out for you.
Starters:
- Tomato soup – with balsamic and pesto, served with focaccia (v)
- Chargrilled chicken skewers – katsu-style mayo, red chillies, lime (df,gf)
- Salt & pepper squid – with sweet chilli jam, crème fraîche, rocket salad
Main courses:
- Cheese & bacon burger – two 3oz beef burgers, double Monterey Jack cheese, smoked streaky bacon, little gem lettuce, beef tomato, burger sauce, served with fries (gf option)
- Buttermilk chicken tenders – Seasoned skinny fries, garlic aioli, peri peri mayo
- Green buddah bowl – spinach and rocket salad, sliced avocado, marinated tomatoes, katsu hummus, pickled red onions, miso slaw, coconut yoghurt (v,vg,df)
- Tomato & chickpea curry – served with coconut rice and flatbread (v)(gf option)
- Meatball rigatoni – beef meatballs, nduja tomato sauce, fresh basil, Italian hard cheese
- 8oz sirloin steak – chargrilled sirloin, chunky chips, slow roasted plum tomato, flat mushroom, with herby garlic butter, peppercorn sauce (£4 supplement)
Puddings:
- Sticky toffee pudding – rich sponge, warm toffee sauce and vanilla pod ice cream (gf)
- Chocolate brownie – served with vanilla pod ice cream and salted caramel sauce (vg option)
- Baked basque cheesecake – with sour cherry compote
- Chocolate orange lollipop – orange infused chocolate ice cream dipped in dark chocolate, served with white chocolate sauce and crushed meringue
